1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Email in Inbox ("the Service") at emailininbox.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Email in Inbox is an email deliverability diagnostic and optimization tool. It helps users identify why emails land in spam or promotional folders and provides recommendations to improve inbox placement. The Service includes AI-powered content analysis, DNS health checks, header analysis, and domain monitoring.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. All billing is handled by our payment processor and subject to their terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited emails
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Abuse the Service in ways that impact other users
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Email in Inbox and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Email content you submit for analysis is processed to provide the Service and is not stored permanently or used for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email in Inbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
