We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a plan.

We also collect information automatically when you use our services, including:

  • Domain names and email configurations you submit for analysis
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages

    Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • Row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing

    • API keys for ESP integrations are stored encrypted and are never accessible in plaintext after submission.

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in our operations (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) under strict confidentiality agreements
  • Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law
  • Other parties with your explicit consent

    • Domain health data (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, blacklist status) is fetched from public DNS records and public blacklist databases. This data is publicly accessible independently of our service.

    5. Cookies

    We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

    You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into your account.

    6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

    Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — Request deletion of your account and associated data

    We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

    Domain check history and analysis data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for service improvement purposes.

    8. Children's Privacy

    Email In Inbox is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@emailininbox.app.

    9. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will also send an email notification to the address associated with your account.
