We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with Email in Inbox. No questions asked. To request a refund, email us at hello@emailininbox.com with your account email and we will process it within 3–5 business days.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day period, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for future billing periods. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including abuse of the Service or fraudulent activity.
